Mr Watson is such a caring doctor, I have had several years of care from him now due to infertility and I really feel he truly cares about us. Sometimes the administration side of things can need reminding to do things but you really cannot fault Mr Watson as a fantastic doctor and as a real person.

After my operation I have needed to have hrt implants which have improved my life & thank Mr Watson so much for looking after me so well & his fabulous team.

I am very confused with the other reviews, he was not informative at all and he was just scaring my wife into having IVF, which surprise surprise he deals in. He then told my wife she needed an £89 test done and that she should get the results the following day, A week and a half passed and no results came but he was very quick to get his invoice out, no apologies were given for the delay.
For couples that are hoping to conceive they should stay well clear, its more stress than help.

I am sorry you felt this way and apologise but have been away in Australia The test I perform at cost despite the work load it entails if I was to arrange it throughout the NHS patients are charged £115 pounds and the result takes six weeks I always try and inform patients and don't encourage them to have IVF

As everyone says Neale is a great doctor, he was very welcoming and considerate. He took time to listen, reassure and explain everything in an easily understandable language without being in the least patronising. He inspired confidence and I felt safe in his care throughout my treatment.
I am very grateful to the friend that provided the recommendation and to everyone who has taken time to write a review.
Of course thanks to Neale for his utter professionalism and expertise and to all the staff for their kindness and efficiency.
